Dr. Elaine Mosley
Elaine Mosley is an innovative career educator with a range of expertise in classroom teaching, guidance and counseling, teacher training, school and district level administration. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Mosley has earned respect throughout the education industry for achieving remarkable results in schools under extraordinary circumstances. Currently, shecoaches/mentors school administrators in all areas related to school culture with emphasis onstudent socialization and academic excellence. She is a certified national trainer with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness-offering dynamic, research based strategies and techniques, that work, in classroom management and differentiated instruction. Both trainings are designed increase time and opportunities for teaching and student learning.

In 1987, following a national search that yielded more than two hundred applicants, Dr. Mosley was appointed Founding Principal of the nationally recognized, Corporate Community School of America, [C/CSA] Inc. The school was established by a group of corporations and business leaders in North Lawndale on Chicago’s West Side. Serving pre-school children (age two) through eighth grade, C/CSA operated with complete autonomy but maintained the same per pupil cost expenditures and class sizes as the public school system. Dr. Mosley spearheaded the design and preparation of the newly renovated learning facility, which included an in-door playground and parent training classroom. She managed day to day operations, hired; supervised and evaluated professional and support staff, developed curriculum; and initiated collaborative strategies with Chicago Public Schools administrators, teachers, to build and encourage professional learning communities.

Dr. Mosley holds memberships in professional and civic organizations. She currently serves as Education Editor for Black Child Journal. She is a member of the Education Committee for the NAACP and volunteers at schools in the community where she lives. She enjoys reading, live theatre, music, and dancing. Dr. Mosley welcomes new challenges and opportunities that allow her to use her creative “coalition” building leadership and problem-solving skills to bring about the much needed social and educational changes in America’s elementary and secondary schools.

Dr. Dianne Colbert

Dianne Colbert is currently a consultant for the Center for Family Excellence in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Supporting many initiatives through the University of Pittsburg, PA, Dianne’s tenure speaks for itself.Dianne has directed and managed IVEST now and CARE that focuses on summer educational enrichment programs that support underrepresented students and their parents. In addition, she has been a researcher for the Center for Family Excellence as well as literacy initiatives through technology.

Dianne has been involved with many community organizations including Corporate Equity and Inclusion Roundtable, Delta Service and Educational Foundation, Heinz History Center, and Martin Luther King Jr Reading/Cultural Center.

Marie Scott, MA, M Ed

Marie Scott, M.Ed., is an Intervention Specialist specializing in differentiated instructional strategies. She has been an elementary teacher, professional developer and curriculum designer.
Ms. Scott earned a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Toledo. She is currently a doctoral candidate earning a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Toledo.

Thomas McMullen M.Ed

Thomas McMullen M. Ed. has been in the educational marketplace for 18 years as both an educator and educational sales director. Thomas in particular loves helping district leaders find solutions that impact student outcomes.s a past educator for the Los Angeles Unified School District, Thomas has a passion for improving the lives of students who struggle with math, literacy, and partners to implement instructional solutions to meet targeted student populations such as EnglishLanguage Learners and special needs. Always attuned to best practices and the research base of products, Thomas genuinely enjoy helping educators find the most appropriate solution for their student needs.
